We do not manufacture vehicles and do not guarantee availability of any specific vehicle.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that you:

- Will provide accurate and truthful information
3. Vehicle Information & Condition
All vehicle descriptions, specifications, pricing, mileage, and availability are provided based on information received from third parties (dealers, auctions, sellers).
- Vehicle images are for reference only.
- Used vehicles may have wear consistent with age and usage.
- We do not guarantee condition unless explicitly stated in writing.
Buyers are encouraged to request inspections and reports where available.
4. Pricing & Payments
Prices may exclude taxes, shipping, duties, customs fees, inspection fees, and other related costs unless otherwise stated.
- Deposits may be required to secure a vehicle.
- All payments must be made according to agreed terms.
- Currency exchange fluctuations are the responsibility of the buyer.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposits.
5. Shipping, Export & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates only and may be affected by customs, port delays, weather, or third-party carriers.
CJ Auto International is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping providers or customs authorities
- Import regulations or restrictions in the buyer’s country
The buyer is responsible for ensuring vehicles comply with local import laws.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Once a vehicle purchase is confirmed:
- Orders may not be canceled without written approval
- Deposits may be non-refundable
- Refunds, if applicable, will be handled case-by-case
Shipping, inspection, and third-party fees are generally non-refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CJ Auto International shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, delays, or business interruptions
- Actions or omissions of third-party providers
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid directly to us for services.
